In the context of new corporative development model in the Greater Bay Area, how to define a new hightech office environment? “WEL”LIFE PUZZLES
該項目位于廣東省珠海市橫琴新區,是一個集辦公、商業、住宿于一體的新型產業園項目。
Located in Hengqin New District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, theproject is a new industrial park integrating office, business andaccommodation.
設計原則/目標:
? 根據建筑特點,優化景觀結構,通過合理運用的景觀材料、設備及技術手段,來充分實現生態有機與功能合理的景觀綠地空間。
? 設計風格與建筑設計有機結合,延續規劃總體的空間特點,完善提升空間質量。
? 注意景觀的整體性、系統性,根據場地中的建筑尺度與形式,通過合理的功能落位,適宜的景觀層次安排與必備的設施配套,公共空間與私密空間將會從平面與三維空間來進行優化。從而充分利用現有的外部景觀資源與減小周邊環境中的不利因素(例如噪音、配電設施等)。
Design principles / OBJECTIVES:
? According to the architecturalcharacteristics, optimize the landscape structure, through the reasonable useof landscape materials, equipment and technical means, to fully realize theecological and function of landscape green space.
? The design style and architectural designare organically combined to continue the overall spatial characteristics of theplanning and improve the spatial quality.
? It has a holistic approach to landscape.According to the architectural scale and form of the site, , both public spaceand private space will be optimized from the plane and three-dimensional spacethrough finding suitable functional zoning, appropriating landscape arrangementand necessary facilities. As a result, the landscape design can make full useof the existing external landscape resources and reduce the adverse factors inthe surrounding environment (such as noise, power distribution facilities, etc.).
