項目地處布心的核心，布心路的北面，5、7號線太安站就在50米內(nèi)，200米為布心站，可謂前后兩個地鐵站交匯，隔壁是東樂花園，1公里即為水貝珠寶總部基地，200米即為東湖公園和深圳水庫。全面蝶變振興的布心核心住宅區(qū)，加持這里未來高端居住區(qū)的形成，及周邊水貝珠寶產(chǎn)業(yè)中心的強大支撐，形成多元價值匯聚打造呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)城新生活區(qū)，景觀設(shè)計以“生 態(tài) 度 假 · 雨 林 灣”為主題，借海景、山景，將自然風(fēng)光“借”入園，強調(diào)自在舒適，以純凈的自然環(huán)境讓人身心放松，達(dá)到休閑社交、康體健身、修身養(yǎng)性的多方需求，打造“生態(tài)+場景+氛圍+文化+服務(wù)”相結(jié)合的休閑生活空間。

The project is located in the core of Buxin, the north of Buxin Road. It is virtually at the intersection of two metro stations, about 50 meters to the Tai'an station of metro lines 5 and 7, and 200 meters to the Buxin station. It sits next to Dongle Garden, one kilometer from the Shuibei jewelry headquarters base, and 200 meters from the East Lake Park and Shenzhen Reservoir. The radically changed, revitalized Buxin core residential area boosts the formation of a high-end residential area here in the future. With the strong support of the surrounding Shuibei jewelry industry center, it creates a new living area of the production city of multiple values. The landscape design takes "Eco Vacation · Rainforest Bay" as the theme, borrows the sea view and mountain view, and "introduces" the natural scenery into the garden. It emphasizes ease and comfort, enables people to relax body and mind with a pure natural environment, and achieves social leisure, sports fitness, and cultivation of morality, to create a leisure living space featuring "ecology, scene, atmosphere, culture and service".
